Animas Valley BBQ Showdown is a BBQ competition taking place in the beautiful Four Corners region of the United States. There will Professional BBQ Pitmasters from around the country competing for cash and prizes. The Amateur class will be featuring backyard favorites such as ribs, pork butts and delicious brisket. No cookoff in New Mexico would be complete without a Green Chile class, so we have that too!! Cars, live music and vendors will top off this festival making it a great destination for all crowds!
