Celebration of the Arts, May 5 - 7, 2017. Celebration of the Arts, now in its 34rd year, has been totally re-imagined for 2017, and will take place at the Wall Street Lofts and Main Street in downtown, Midland, Texas. COA is the longest running, annual event held in downtown Midland. COA has a strong reputation locally - with community support year after year - and draws out of town visitors. Fine Art is the centerpiece of the festival. COA also hosts local entertainers; non-profit arts organizations; a range of children's activities; regional writers as well as food; and special events each year. Friday night, a Premier Party showcasing visual artists is an annual party for art lovers; Saturday & Sunday artists are the focal point of weekend activities for children and adults alike, with many family attractions.
