A gathering of the best mixologists from around the country and around the world. Watch and enjoy as over 20 of the best bartenders compete for what is one of the largest purses for any competitive bartender festival in the country. The winners share is $10,000.00. An all day festival with a BBQ contest for local chefs, a farmers market and a free poolside concert featuring legendary Hawaiian artist Henry Kapono and Band. The entire event offers free entry and begins at 11:00AM and finishes with the announcement of the winner of the mix-off at 7:30PM. 2018 marks the tenth anniversary of the festival and promises to be the best one yet. This event has become one of the premier events in the state and has gained worldwide attention for the quality of competition and the veritable who's who of cocktail experts and celebrity judges from Jeff "Beachbum" Berry, Martin Cate Mick Fleetwood, Sam Choy and a host of other notables in the food, beverage and entertainment fields.
