The Narciso Martinez Cultural Arts Center Conjunto Festival is a 3-day conjunto music festival held on the 3rd weekend of October in Los Fresnos, Texas. The Narciso Martinez Cultural Arts Center is dedicated to the preservation, promotion and development of the Mexican American heritage in visual arts, music, theater, dance, film and literary works. The Center is named for Narciso Martinez, the "Father of the Texas Mexican Conjunto" music.
