2020: WHAT TO EXPECT Expect to be thrilled by 11 days of the most exciting Indie films on the festival circuit. Expect to be awed by features & short films of all genres and types programmed into themed screening BLOCKS grouping like-minded films together to create a specific cinematic experience. It's not uncommon to attend a BLOCK of films from filmmakers residing all over the globe, yet all engaged in similar conversations, exploring similar themes. Expect to be engaged by talkbacks, Q&As, industry panels and plenty of other networking opportunities with full access to festival directors, filmmakers, sponsors, VIPS, Honorees and special guests. Expect to be delighted by treasures from nations across the globe, presented at the prestigious Museum of the Moving Image or right next door at the Historic Kaufman Astoria Studios. Expect to meet filmmakers and film lovers from across the city, around the world and around the corner.
