The 2017 Salt City BBQ Festival features a professional BBQ Cook-off. Come on down and visit some of the world's best BBQ'ers as they compete for cash and prizes. This year some of our teams will be able to vend. You will be able to buy Kansas City Barbeque from teams around the US and Canada. Bring your camera and take pictures of their impressive cookers as these teams compete for important points and cash. Eat BBQ and help homeless veterans! Non-perishable food donation to Salvation Army and Clear Path for Veterans in addition to the 250 Meals Mission for donating pork butts cooked by the BBQ Teams. COME TO AN AFFAIR AT THE FAIR AND HAVE A SMOKIN' GOOD TIME!!
