You are invited to the authentic Chinese Lantern Festival which displays hand made lanterns ranging from a few feet tall to 130 feet long. Over twenty-five groups of vibrant colored lanterns will be on display throughout Riverfront Park this fall. In addition to these lanterns will be nightly performances, authentic Chinese food as well as Western cuisine, a beer garden, and a dino dig for kids! Each performer is a master of their skill, with traditional Chinese dance and music performances daily, and new Chinese style performances weekly. You must come and see for yourself what has been entertaining the Chinese culture for over 2,200 years. In 2015 over 70,000 people attended the Washington State Chinese Lantern Festival, and throughout the year thousands of others have experienced the festival in other cities around the nation.
