EDC Las Vegas is no longer simply a one-stop shop for raging to your favorite DJs. The festival has grown over the years, in size and style, and this year’s three-day event will introduce new additions to further upgrade the EDC experience. From expanded VIP experiences to brand-spanking new stage designs and interactive realms, EDC Las Vegas will be a hoot that everyone'll be talking about!

Eight Brand New Stage Designs

All eight of this year’s stages will feature new production and design never before seen at EDC Las Vegas. Owls will once again play a vital role at the kineticFIELD. This year’s stage will be transformed into a Crystal Village, where the overall aesthetic is inspired by the four elements - Water, Fire, Air, and Earth. 

If you’ve been to Beyond Wonderland , then you know about The Funk House – a colorful, 360-degree structure built entirely out of reclaimed and recycled materials. The Funk House makes its Vegas debut and will feature an eclectic soundtrack of funk, disco, groove, soil and hip-hop. Stroll on through to get funk’d up!

Carnival Square

The center of the speedway has always been an easy meet-up spot for ravers. This year, Carnival Square is brought to life as ravers congregate for food and beverages, merchandise, meet-and-greets, photo opportunities and more.

Marquee SkyDeck

The new Marquee SkyDeck allows headliners to fully immerse themselves in the sounds and stimulation at the kineticFIELD. Upgrade the experience as if you were in an open-air nightclub with world-renowned DJs spinning the hottest track and throwing the sickest beats. For more information on the SkyDeck, click here.

Design Your Own SkyDeck Cabana

Party in your own personalized cabana. From Safari to Man Cave and everything in between, the SkyDeck Cabana is sure to impress.

Art

Artist Gerard Minakawa will create Palace Blue, a colonnade of bamboo-forged columns with a vaulted roof and a central structure inspired by the Hagia Sophia cathedral in Istanbul. The structure includes about 500 bamboo poles, steel, wood and fabric. Returning to the festival is Poetic Kinetic’s Electric Daisy, serving as the iconic landmark that will illuminate the dark sky with its everlasting glow. New art additions will make its debut at EDC, previously seen at other Insomniac festivals like Beyond Wonderland and Nocturnal. Any guesses?

New Food Trucks

Food Truck fare dominates the culinary landscape at festivals. This year, EDC Las Vegas will host new trucks serving a diverse palette perfect for refueling. From Urban Pie’s gourmet wood oven pizza to 50 Shades of Green’s organic salads and entrees, the food scene at EDC is sure to delight everyone’s inner foodie.

The Terrace at kineticFIELD

EDC’s upscale restaurant has a new name. No longer the “Dining Deck,” The Terrace will feature a curated menu by Chef Keven Alan Lee, Executive Chef and CEO of My World on a Plate. Entrees like the Spicy Tuna Electro Roll (a crusted, multi-color spicy tuna roll with sweet tamari glaze, summer greens and ginger dressing), Hypnotic Tacos (P-30 glazed chicken stuffed in cloud taco shells with a rainbow vegetable slaw), and THE BOMB S’mores (loaded and torched to perfection) will be the cherry on top of an exciting EDC experience. LED trees will sprinkle the playground for tired ravers to relax and chill.

Out with the old and in with the new. Insomniac’s new merchandise designs exclusive to EDC Las Vegas will give you the retail therapy you need after long hours of dancing.

VIP Viewing Deck at cosmicMEADOW

The cosmicMEADOW stage already has a great view, so let’s enhance that and make it better. Headliners can enjoy the stage in a VIP viewing area where the sights and sounds of the festival marry to deliver the ultimate electric experience.
