Fest300 is now truly living up to its name! 

For about a year, we've featured 270 of the top festivals in the world on Fest300, including major music festivals like Coachella and Glastonbury as well as cultural festivals like Oktoberfest, Burning Man and Kumbh Mela. To complete our list of 300, we asked our readers to help us choose the last 30 festivals on the site. 

Our staff initially narrowed the choices down to about 120 key festivals, and thousands of fans chimed in to help round out the comprehensive list of the most unique events shaping culture today. Over the past month, people from all over the world joined the FEST300 community and voted for the best fests that weren't already in the top 270.

FEST300 founder Chip Conley announced the crowdsourced 30 festivals as part of his keynote address to the International Music Festival Conference (IMFCON) in Austin on Sunday, December 7th. And if that wasn't exciting enough, Chip also named the lucky recipient of the FEST300 ticket giveaway: Victoria Cali. The winner was chosen among the thousands of contest voters to receive two tickets to the festival of their choosing.
