Summer Vibes Ruled at the Sold-Out CRSSD Festival
A little rain in the forecast this past weekend didn't keep San Diego's CRSSD festival from selling out its fifth edition at Waterfront Park, especially because that rain never came. Just three years young, the festival is a quiet up-and-comer in the Southern California scene (like Los Angeles' similarly vibed FYF Fest ), and collects like-minded electronic music fans to see their favorites in a low-key setting.
The fest's strong lineup put quality over quantity, and a two-stage setup made it easy to bounce around between Flume, Duke Dumont, Bob Moses, Alunageorge, a live set from Dusky, Giraffage, Dirtybird players Claude Von Stroke and Justin Martin, Lane 8 and more.
Despite the clouds, tropical vibes were solid. Fans caught The Palms Stage overflowed with luscious, rich greenery and the visuals were on point. Check out our favorite shots from the weekend below.
