Disney just threw its hat into the festival arena, announcing a huge one-day event at its Paris theme park this week. Focused on the commercial end of dance music (what else?), Electroland will take place in July and promises to be quite a spectacle.

Whereas most festivals have to build and import their backdrops from scratch, Electroland will benefit from the fact that it has the famous Disney theme park acting as the ultimate interactive environment for 10,000 fans who will most likely travel from all over the world to catch an all-star lineup in action.

Steve Aoki tops the bill, along with the twisted sisters Nervo plus French stars Michael Calfan and Richard Orlinski announced so far, with more to come. Tickets for the July 8, 2017, event start at 68 Euros and of course, there is plenty of on-site accommodation with a plethora of themed hotels at Disneyland Paris.

Visitors will also be able to indulge in the many rides and amusements at Disneyland Paris, with giant LED screens, insane projection mapping on to one of the park’s most iconic attractions – The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Expect more announcements about special guests and surprise immersive elements, all set against a magical Disney backdrop.

Disney Business Solutions, the events arm of Disneyland Paris says, “Electroland needs to be seen to be believed.”
