The Primavera Sound festival out of Barcelona, Spain has a long and exciting history. From an unknown LCD Soundsystem taking the fest by storm to Arcade Fire's first showing in Spain before they hit it big, and The Cure performing for over 3 hours, a lot of milestones have been made at the fest. Read below for just a few of the highlights (from its birth right up until the present day, and everything in between) this dynamic festival has experienced over the years. 

The Black Keys, Alt-J, The Replacements, Antony & The Johnsons, James Blake, The Strokes, Patti Smith and Interpol are headlining this year's fest from May 27-30, 2015.
