Set in a quintessential mountains-and-rivers California Gold Rush landscape, High Sierra Music Festival puts a counter-culture spin on everything: the food is organic, the atmosphere unbounded, the attire one-of-a-kind, and the music pioneering. Fest300 was there over Fourth of July weekend in the hot, hot heat of the High Sierras to capture some of the magic of this never-never land of a festival.
