Lovers of electronic music and wildly imaginative aquatic fairytales, this one's for you. Imagine Music Festival has released a monstrous first batch of headliners for their September 2017 festival. Even though the festival is still four months away, the Atlanta fest has already booked over 50 of today's most noteworthy electronic artists. Imagine's fourth edition is shaping up to be a healthy cross-genre mix of stalwarts, newcomers and legends, with Phase 1 announcing Above & Beyond, Deadmau5, Tiësto, Datsik, Seven Lions, Pretty Lights (live), Datsik, Gorgon City, Jai Wolf, Claptone, and Netsky as headliners. Phase 2, announced this week, added Big Gigantic, STS9, Claude VonStroke, G Jones, Illenium, NGHTMRE and more to the fray.

One of the few remaining independent electronic music festivals left in the U.S., Imagine has refined their immersive aquatic wonderland, created and curated by dazzling event production company IRIS Presents . In a move that signals exciting growth, the EDM megafest will take over The Atlanta Motor Speedway for the first time. Could Imagine become the Electric Daisy Carnival of the south?
