You don't need to speak the language to understand. The message is clear: KaZantip is almost here!

But...what about those suitcases? Why yellow? And what do they have to do with the festival? Well, according to the festival's website:

I needed some material for the summer issue of "PTUCH" magazine and was totally running out of time.

"Well, just write IT'S TIME TO PACK THE SUITCASES on the entire spread," I said.
"All right. But we need at least a photo of a suitcase."

Kamergersky lane. Styopa Plotnikov pulled an old suitcase out of the wardrobe, shook out his toys, then handed it to me:
"What color do you want to paint it?"
"You know, let's paint it yellow. The summer, the sun and all that stuff. I can see it can be yellow on a yellow background."

That night in the stairwell I painted the very first suitcase. After that, thousands of people did the same, and are still doing it now.

Now you know. Grab your yellow suitcase and go.
