It seems like Lightning In a Bottle just happened, but it's been three months and we're missing it pretty hard. Luckily, the crew at The DoLab just released the highly anticipated aftermovie to hold us over until next year. Starting with an idyllic nature setting, this aftermovie quickly jolts into high gear to capture the festival's frenetic energy. Catch peeks of Carey Thompson's installation arch, the beautiful colors and even more beautiful people of LIB, the enchanting, geometric art of Hybycozo, and of course, everyone's favorite, the Woogie Stage.

LIB sold out for the first time EVER this year, as more than 20,000 people made the trek to Bradley, CA to enjoy Odesza, Active Child, Tycho, GRiZ, and Bob Moses. The lineup's caliber, alongside a sprinkling of yoga, workshops, and the Woogie made for a very memorable Memorial Day Weekend.

Filmmaker Vinton Depiction captured the festival's intimacy beautifully, saying that “LIB is proof that within all of us is a single creative spark that can give rise to unlimited possibility and potential. That spark is seen in 'do art [foundation],' heard through walls of deep sound, and felt in the hearts of each other; our hope is that by sharing the story of that spark, we can show the world what’s possible.”

What's up next for The DoLab? In addition to a successful first outing of Woogie Weekend, the gang will be co-producing the Dirtybird Campout in October. We'll see you there!
