Need more evidence that festival culture is taking over the world? Look no further than Cuba's Manana , which will take place in May 4-6, 2016 in Santiago de Cuba.

Dancing Astronaut reports that Manana is a blend of electronic music and Afro-Cuban folkloric music. There are a few acts confirmed already that span the stated musical spectrum in English dubstepper Mala, the tropical vibes of Sofrito DJs and Grupo ÌFÉ, which dubs itself as "Future Afro-Caribeña." An eclectic cadre of artists is certainly beginning to take shape for the Cuban fest.

There's a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the non-profit fest with an inspiring video (above). It explains how the word Manana signifies the "flow or feeling" of each artist's ability, dexterity and virtuosity. And it's great to see an altruistic vision for this festival; Manana seeks to foster the creativity of both Cuban artists, as well as those who have influenced and inspired them.

We definitely see Manana quickly becoming one of the best tropical music festivals in the world, don't you?
