San Francisco's Golden Gate Park has long been a cherished locale for legendary festivals. Half of us are probably here in SF because of the folkloric musical influence this city has. Now in its 8th year, Outside Lands has released a major chunk of its 2015 lineup. 

The festival is a heavyweight on the summer festival scene, and this year's lineup is no exception. A-list entertainers Elton John, Kendrick Lamar, Sam Smith, The Black Keys, Wilco, St. Vincent, Billy Idol, D'Angelo and Axwell & Ingrosso are all atop the bill. This list is a good mix of headliners that you'll find atop many major festival lineups this summer and other heavy hitters only stopping at choice festivals. As the world's only gourmet rock festival, Outside Lands has been a pioneer in the food-music movement since its 2008 inception. There are now a total of six unique culinary experiences, all of which celebrate Northern California's rich food and drink culture. These experiences include A Taste of the Bay Area, Wine Lands, Beer Lands, Choco Lands, Cheese Lands and the 2014 hit addition, GastroMagic. The full 2015 food and drink lineup will be announced in the coming months.

The festival will take place August 7-9, 2015 and tickets go on sale on 3/26 at 10AM PST.
