Last year more than 150,000 electronic-dance fans and adventure lovers gathered at TomorrowWorld for an epic five-day, four-night celebration of music, art, and culture. Why do thousands of people chomp at the bit to experience a taste of the magic? Here's what makes this unique festival so highly coveted.

The Location

If you're American, you don’t have to travel across the globe to enjoy the magic that is TomorrowWorld. Just outside of Atlanta in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, the festival happens on a 500-acre farm with rolling hills and lakes that are reminiscent of TomorrowLand. People flock from all over the world (especially Europe) to the U.S. edition of this festival, since TomorrowLand tickets are difficult to snag.

The Cultural Unity

Even though the festival takes place in Atlanta, the feeling of global unity is present. The 21-and-over age restriction creates a more mature atmosphere that transforms the festival into more of an experience, rather than just a party for college students. You’re constantly meeting a variety of fascinating people eager to exchange travel stories. There’s a great sense of peace and harmony that transpires into a comforting feeling of oneness.

The Production

When it comes to production, TomorrowWorld has it down to a science. The stages are some of the world's biggest and best, loaded with intricate, detailed designs that will have you noticing something different with each glance. Each stage is uniquely designed and will mesmerize you when paired with the lights and music. Every direction you look, there are themed decorations that turn the open field into an immersive experience. At night, the space becomes an electric wonderland, complete with colorfully lit trees that make you feel like you’re in a mythical forest. The journey to each stage is its own adventure, with footbridges surrounded by glowing fountains and floating props that shoot out fire. Even some of the workers are in full costume. All these details come together to create the feeling that you’ve traveled into some sort of distant fairy-tale land that'll leave you wanting more.

Camping

Camping at festivals takes the experience to the next level. In DreamVille, there’s a sense of community and contagious excitement. Your neighbors turn into good friends by the end of the five days you've spent together. Some people even end up reuniting together the next year to relive the madness. People are quick to lend a helping hand when needed, and bond over crazy stories of things that have happened during the festival. A boardwalk runs down the middle, connecting the various camping areas. Many campsites host their own after parties with themes like salsa dancing and a silent disco. DreamVille comes complete with a hair salon, massage parlor, bakery, general store, boutiques, and excellent food options, making it feel like its own little town.

The Amenities

TomorrowWorld is jam-packed with amenities that one-up many other festivals. VIP areas enjoy skylofts with perfect views of the stage. VIPs even have their own pool area where they can lounge in daybeds or cabanas. Personal flushable toilets are located next to the main stage and are cleaned after every two people use it. The food is much better than your average festival fare, with options like chicken and waffles, authentic street tacos, southern barbecue, and Asian specialties. DreamVille also has plenty of information stands where friendly workers are ready to point you in the right direction. There are also many showers—a major luxury at a festival of this size. A variety of camping options are available, such as easy tents, friendship camping, dream lodges with your own electricity and terrace, even manors with private bathrooms, showers, a jacuzzi, full bar, and stocked fridge. TomorrowWorld doesn’t overlook any detail.
