Fleur de Licious Catering has over 25 years of culinary and catering experience, featuring the best of Authentic New Orleans Cuisine. We take pride in our menu and use only the finest ingredients in all of our dishes to ensure your satisfaction. Fleur de Licious is lead by Executive Chef Travis Dixon, who has trained under a plethora of famous New Orleans chefs including Chef Emeril Lagasse, Chef Paul Prudhomme, Chef Leon West, and Chef Phillip Callahan to name a few. After catering in the Houston area for a little over 3 years, Fleur de Licious is now introducing it's new State of the Art Mobile Commercial Kitchen called "Rollin' with the Second Line!" as a tribute to their native New Orleans. Some of Fleur de Licious' signature dishes include their Crawfish or Shrimp Monica Pasta, Bread Pudding with Praline Sauce and Red Beans and Rice Stuffed Fried Chicken.
