we start by fresh grinding non GMO, Certified Chemical Free Heritage Wheat Berries; then add natural yeast and ferment to alleviate gluten digestion issues while creating exceptional flavor. Next, we grow our own organic herbs and vegetables to insure a farm to fork sustainable experience; then we make all of our own menu using organic, farm fresh, all natural and even some kosher ingredients. All crafted by our chef with over 20 years of creating innovative award winning flavor combinations; who built our ovens specifically for our pizza style and an intimate pizza catering event at your door.
