From 15 to 26 July, the ninth season of the “Midsummer Vilnius” Performing Arts Festival will light up the heart of Vilnius Old Town. Hundreds of talented artists from all over the world will perform in the breathtaking setting of the Grand Courtyard of the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, next to the iconic Vilnius Cathedral. The “Midsummer Vilnius” festival is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in unique performances, witness exceptional international collaborations, and be among the first to view world premieres. The festival’s mission is to initiate sensitive, relevant, and aesthetically inclusive outdoor art, presenting a wellspring of cultural inspiration for a contemporary metropolis. Festival attendees can anticipate 10 remarkable performances every year, ranging from opera under the stars to a wild electronic music bash with an orchestra, and many more.
