Everfest's Take

From the Organizer

COLUMBUS, OHIO – Let your Aloha spirit out and discover the Hula Hop on Saturday, August 10th, at the corner of Grant Avenue and Long Street in the Discovery District. This tiki-themed festival features a full day of festivities, including tropical cocktails, craft beer, food trucks, vendors, creative entertainment and live music on our outdoor stage. While you’re there, be sure to visit “George,” the iconic monkey fountain that was once one of the focal points of the famous Kahiki Polynesian restaurant. Admission is FREE! This year's talent includes the legendary Francis Llacuna, as well as the talents of Shorty Allen & The Hamilton Park Rebels, Psycho Charger, Mummula and more. If that wasn't enough, this year’s Hula Hop will also feature the annual return of the Artist Wrestling League performing “The Tiki Takedown." For more information, please visit the website at or check us out on Facebook, and Twitter. #HulaHopColumbus #CureCMD  _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Hula Hop is a party with a purpose.
