Bad news for anyone looking forward to seeing Beyoncé absolutely dominate Coachella this year – which, let's be real, is practically everyone. The superstar/icon/goddess/savior of humankind has just announced she is relinquishing her headlining spot at the fest this year, "following the advice of her doctors to keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months," as reported by the Associated Press. She is, after all, pregnant with twins.

She will, however, headline the festival in 2018 – a small consolation for those who missed out on tickets this year.

It isn't certain who will take her place on the lineup, but we bet it will be a bombshell of a performer to make up for Beyoncé absence. Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar will also headline the two-weekend festival in Indio, California.
