Chic Day-To-Night Pool Party Looks for Coachella 2015

Spring is in full bloom and it’s time to make the drive through the land of windmills to the annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
The original concept of Coachella started with a Pearl Jam gig in 1993 – however, the first official Goldenvoice shindig wasn’t held till October of 1999. It's been going strong ever since, with bigger and bigger names and an ever-expanding list of pre-funk and after-party shenanigans for fest-goers.
As the pinnacle of Southern California festivals, Coachella has given birth to a whole new Palm Springs scene. In its wake, hotels and private estates have set up shop for interactive pool party experiences as a platform for promoting brands and artists. The result? Carefully curated, stellar soirees for music and fashion aficionados to get into the best kind of trouble.
To capture the essence of proper Palm Springs pool party attire, photographer Bryce Darlington Marck snapped some images poolside with myself and 3 models who happen to be fixtures of LA's creative world. The looks we concocted are cool enough for daytime, yet chic enough to make a splash well into the night. Detroit-born, Los Angeles-dwelling DJ Steingold provided us with a soundtrack to bask in all of Palm Springs's desert glory.
Sip on something refreshing and get inspired to dawn your own unique look at one of these functions we handpicked for you from the sea of invites. It’s going to be a hot one!
