This weekend, some of the craziest festivals in the world happened in Europe. BoomTown Fair was a dystopian wonderland in England, and Sziget brought its zany charm to Budapest. And perhaps the most famous music festival in history, Woodstock, celebrated its 46th birthday.

90,000 People Throw Dye in the Air at Sziget

Sziget cranked out a series of visually spectacular moments this weekend. On Friday night, the annual Color Party took over the Main Stage as the festivals' attendees threw dye into the air all at the same time, Holi-style.

Woodstock set the stage for so many of the festivals we experience today, and we're happy to celebrate its birthday each year.
