It's pretty commonplace for festivals to showcase great music alongside delicious food. But putting the food onstage with the music, and making that food available to select audience members...for free?

Well that just sounds like magic. GastroMagic, to be exact.

Co-curated by the folks who created the San Francisco-based app, Chefs Feed, GastroMagic will bring big-name chefs and big-name performers together to deliver a tasty lineup that includes the Duck Sauce Soirée, a party with beats by Duck Sauce and bites by Brandon Jew (formerly of Bar Agricole) and Beignets & Bounce Brunch, a New Orleans style brunch where none other than Big Freedia will host a twerking contest where participants will be awarded with beignets.

The GastroMagic Stage will be going off all three days, so check the schedule and get there early: the first ten fans to line up for each performance will be seated at the tasting table and have the delicious honor of eating whatever is being created on stage. For those who don't manage to get to the tasting table, fear not, there will be general seating available (seats?! at Outside Lands?!) as well as a lounge area.

Oh, and there will also be live performances of the ever-hilarious "Chefs Read Bad Yelp Reviews." We're hoping Richie Nakano reprises this one:
