UK Summer Festivals are a sight to behold. From the small city of 170,000 festival-goers that springs up for Glastonbury Festival every year to the timeless 3-week affair of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Arts Festival and a range of smaller festivals that all celebrate the arts, there are all kinds of ways people can get their fest on in this region of the world.
The folks at Jury's Inns took a look at 33 major British festivals in the categories of music, art, food and drink, books, film and family to create a badass infographic that sought to, according to creator Greg Coltman, "cast a spotlight on what we believe are just a taster of some of the best festivals happening on our doorstep this Summer and Autumn." Coltman and his team compiled facts and figures from these fests and interviews with the festival organizers to produce an engaging snapshot of attendance, ticket costs, lineups, and an overall view of the British Summer/Autumn Festival landscape.
