The West Coast has its fair share of awesomely quirky boutique fests to choose from, but Oregon's What The Festival is hands down one of the best. Set in the lush, 250-acre wonderland known as Mt. Hood National Forest, What The Festival treats its exuberant festies to eight stages of zesty Funktion-One sound from some of the best performers in the game, and this year is no different. Zhu, Cut Copy, Gramatik, Barclay Crenshaw, Brasstracks, Chet Porter, Classix, Paper Diamond, Plastician and many more to be announced will grace WTF's stages in 2017.
