About Milwaukee, WI

Milwaukee is nicknamed the "City of Festivals" for good reason! The Henry Maier Festival Park situated on the beatiful Lake Michigan waterfront hosts not only Summerfest, billed as "The World's Largest Music Festival" with almost a thousand acts and a million guests each year, but also a wide variety of ethnic festivals throughout the summer and an endless array of musical acts in the 23,000 seat amphitheater at the south end of the grounds. The rest of the city bustles with everything from beer runs and block parties to a booming sixty-minute fireworks spectacular held famously on the 3rd of July and the Lakefront Festival of the Arts held outdoors against the backdrop of the stunning Calatrava addition to the Milwaukee Art Museum. Whether you're looking for rich cultural experiences, high class galas, seasonal celebrations, or just plain old fun, Milwaukee has practically non-stop offerings for anyone ready to revel!
