ARISE is a rain or shine event, and Colorado is prone to summer rainstorms. Make sure to pack boots, ponchos and sunglasses.
The festival grounds are conveniently located – 65 miles north of Denver, 40 miles north of Boulder and 18 miles south of Fort Collins – and easily accessible from major highways.
Dogs, cats and other critters are not allowed but furry friends (aka service animals) are encouraged.
There are three on-site camping options: the communal general admission Big Meadow Campground where you can hang with fellow campers at all hours; the tree-lined, upgraded West Side site, which features shade, access to a swimming pool and hot tub, plus backstage passes; and a car camping option, where you can roll in and set up with minimal effort. There are also several motels located within driving distance of the site.
ARISE offers plenty of opportunities for participation. Whether you are a musician, yoga instructor, artist, street performer or working in another creative field, it’s easy to take part. Check the website for participation applications.
