Join us for the 15th Annual Minnesota Irish Music Weekend! Presented by the Center for Irish Music, Minnesota Irish Music Weekend is a unique festival that pairs world-class traditional Irish musicians and teachers with learners of all ages for a weekend of workshops, lectures, sessions and concerts. Each of our visiting artists is recognized for their musical mastery, and will offer insights and techniques to help learners tap into the deep roots of traditional Irish music. Artists for 2023 include: The Kane Sisters - fiddle, Gráinne Hambly - concertina & harp, Seán Gavin - flute & uilleann pipes, Máirín Uí Chéide - song, Sean McComiskey - accordion, Marla Fibish - mandolin, Gavin Strappe - banjo & mandolin, Brian Miller - guitar & bouzouki, Danny Diamond - fiddle, Asher Gray - flute, Iain Dove McAfee - Trad Immersion Camp, Kate Wade - whistle, Dáithí Sproule - interviews.
