Eudaimonia, the Greek word for "human flourishing" is Lucidity's final theme, but also a jumping off point for its future as Lucid University in Oregon. "We invite you to dream into the possibilities of what our future together holds and bring those delicious potentials with you to Live Oak Campground this April 7th thru 9th."

As a send off for all of its devoted attendees who trekked to Santa Barbara, California the past six years, Lucidity announced its 2017 grand finale musical lineup today. Random Rab, Ott, DBridge, Ayla Nereo, K.L.O., Dirtwire, Delhi 2 Dublin, Christian Martin, and Low Steppa are among the main headliners, but an incredible array of incredible musicians and selectors fill out the rest of the 2017 roster. From here, the Lucidity's future is yet unwritten. We know that a faction of the Lucid Family will establish the Lucid University in Oregon. We've also heard that the Festival may embark on a new story in the Southern California area, but those rumors are unconfirmed. Lucid University is an advanced form of the myriad learning opportunities the festival routinely offered. At the University, visitors can expect an innovative curriculum with a focus on short retreats and hands-on experiences, drawing on similar subjects the Courseweek offered and divided into five tracks: CommunityWorks, CreativeWorks, BodyWorks, EcologyWorks, and SpiritWorks. Prospective students will be able to sign up for courses ranging from Reiki, Permaculture, Art, Lucid Dreaming, Movement, and much more.
